Terms of Service

1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of the L'Atelier du ChatBot service, a SaaS platform for creating and deploying AI chatbots, operated by NEXPERIO SAS.
By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms without reservation.
2. Service description
L'Atelier du ChatBot lets you create and customize conversational AI assistants, connect data sources (web crawling, PDF, DOCX, CSV, etc.), deploy a chat widget on any website, collect leads and manage appointment booking.
3. Account and access
Access requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Plans and pricing
- Starter — €29/month: 1 chatbot, 3,000 messages/month, Gemini 2.5 Flash
- Agency — €69/month: 3 chatbots, 8,000 messages/month, multi-LLM, leads, appointment booking
- Pro — €99/month: 5 chatbots, 15,000 messages/month, full white-label
- Enterprise — €249/month: 20 chatbots, 40,000 messages/month, everything included
Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Billing is monthly and starts at the end of the trial period.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. Any started month is due. In case of payment failure, access may be suspended after notification.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. NEXPERIO SAS may terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms.
7. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of the data you import. NEXPERIO SAS does not use your data for third-party commercial purposes. Upon termination, your data is deleted after 30 days.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to disseminate illegal content, collect data without consent, circumvent technical limitations, or resell the service without authorization.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". NEXPERIO SAS disclaims any liability for indirect damages. As the chatbot operator, you are responsible for content distributed through your assistants.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of NEXPERIO SAS's registered office.
11. Changes
Any material change will be notified by email with a 30-day notice.
